Chris/Betty: Very interesting development. You are absolutely right about the value of having deep pocket alliances in this case. I imagine that there will be a lot of scrambling tomorrow as quite a few companies call their law firms. I'd also guess (very safely) that AHWY should really jump. They only have 2.2 million shares in their float and 4.8 million total, but it is pretty heavily traded, averaging about 350,000 shares/day. Interestingly they are also very tiny (24 employees) and total market cap is about $100 million. So if their patent is enforceable, one of the big players would probably want to buy them out for its value in licensing income. Jim
