The VSE responds to my question: Can you tell me how far along you are on your DD on Contiki Resources....TKI....I understand that it should be at some place on your list, and since it has been halted over two months now I as an investor am getting very anxious. Thank you for any info or time frame you can supply. The answer sounds like a standard issue response. I could be wrong. A few months is not unusual when a company is undergoing either a change of business or a reverse takeover. It all depends on how complicated the deal is, how many "back and forths" betweent he company and the VSE take, how detailed the review must be, how long it takes the company to get the information required to the vse. etc etc etc. The company could be halted for awhile longer.
