MMIC target date August 1 through August 15 Would like to add to rumor or the list. MMIC recently acquired Auction Fun. Com. Was a lot of speculation leading up to the acquisition and then delays slowed it and the momentum for the stock. Stock has now consolidated at levels seen before the acquisition. I spoke with Sammy Salem 1-888-689-8018 today and here is his responses to several questions. Q. Are the twelve million shares issued for Auction Fun restricted? A. Yes for one year. Q. Heard that MMIC was filling their consolidated financials? A. Yes, paperwork is in front of the attorneys. Q. What will Auction Fun do? A. Will be similar to an EBAY but on a smaller scale. Will act as an intermediary between seller and buyer. Q. Revenues come from what? A. Advertising and banners on the web site. There will be a membership fee and a percentage of the sale. Q. Do you have customers lined up? A. Yes (Would not elaborate) Q. Any other events or acquisitions in the future? A. Focus is to acquire and hold 5 Internet companies. Q.
