I spoke with Ellen today - she really does a nice job. No real news. She did mention that the company hoped to do a very general press release in mid August. The press release more than likely will not release numbers - only we are pleased and proceeding with a NDA or we are not pleased and are continuing to evaluate the numbers. Will unveil more info at a conference (hopefully) between late September and November. She did say that she has been receiving a lot of institutional folks requesting information. She attributed some of this to Xoma's relationship with Genentech and the press release on the psorasis drug. Anyone notice the stock @ 7 15/16? Wonder how many shares we need to get through before we can break through 8? Xoma's story hasn't really made it to the big retail brokerage firms. If it does in anticipation of some guidance from Xoma in mid-August - $7 is gonna look pretty cheap - then what do we do? Strictly my opinions of the conversation and (if this is okay) I will invoke the standard K disclosure statements.
