I'm actually thinking that cnet might be a nice put after earnings.

Michelle, I'd be careful with CNET. Not that I'm a trader, but I do see quality in that company. I suspect that one of their assets is wide readership by relatively upper IS management, typically in a time of relative leisure. Seems like an excellent source of advertising income. Along with their share of Snap.com and news.com, they could climb at any time. What do you think?

Guess I'm going get lucky again.. as the CPI bails my sorry trading out.

Unless CNET takes a huge earnings run today (which I doubt) then it hasn't moved at all, thus probably won't drop after earnings. I'd stay away. All the bad news ($100mm marketing plan) has been built in. YHOO was/is the best earnings play. I don't know the other stocks well enough to do the same again.
