Yes, they have a duty to Share Holders but not Day Traders that have no benefit to any company, economy or nation. Just because they can borrow money to trade stocks, in llieu of playing Black Jack, does not mean that they are looking out for a companys interest. To the best of my knowledge I am not aware of any privileges assigned to these transient Day Traders. P.S. COMS will have its day, just be patient, it is astounding that these Wall Street pundits place Buy recommendations on companies that have not shown an iota of anything substantive, and downgrade COMS to a Hold. Are we dealing with a bunch of crooks or idiots? I actually have to be grateful to these WS clowns for allowing me to buy into coms at 23. They did the same with ASND, AMAT, FORE and many others, so relax and wait for our seeds to come to their fruition. I will swear that it is not too far into the future.
