Les,
Their CAPEX guidance was the same at 3 billion. They did restate the eventual move to 300 mm wafers, 0.13 micron and copper. That probably helped the Equips because it shows a definite move to those three. I own KLAC and KLIC and will add options and stock on the others with any dips.
