RCJIII Wow! That IS a lot of if's. I like to deal more in facts. LOL The loss attributable to one time investments are still, just that, a loss. Profit margins are quoted as -36% not +50%. and with the hiring of the new retired judges the brick and morter part of the co. is going to be pouring out more money in salary to these gentleman. Your other points of Yhaoo, AOL or Ebay are conjecture at best. I've seen nothing that even remotely alludes to those possibilities. (other than the chat room talk) Is there not free mediation services and or lower cost competitors such as JAMS? or so many of the self help sites provided by most court jurisdictions. I just used one recently for Maricopa County in AZ. You can even download the forms to fill out for free. I would think that most of the insurance co's will be a bit hesitant to use the service also due to the nature of claims that would be filed frivously if they show that they are willing to settle so easily. Being in the business of accident investigation I know that Ins. co's want to settle things on a longer term basis if at all possible on larger claims so that people have time to forget things, witnesses get lost or die etc. I can see the value of the service, but not nearly in the volume purported by the co. Small claims, which are generally cashed out as nusience money, could be the bread and butter of the service, but 10K per year? That is a lot of cases. Good luck with this stock RC...but, I'll be looking for a top to go short. 600% in one month is too much to sustain on the FA. The articles are nice, but do nothing for the bottom line. Ken
