Good to hear from my opposition. I already know that I am in a small minority among those who dislike SUVs. Perhaps what I have presented on this thread comes across too strongly as a 'hate page', which is not my intention. I recognize that these vehicles certainly have their place as a vehicle that meets certain demands. However, the growing trend among consumers is to buy an SUV only for simple commuting; which is impractical at best, and in my opinion, foolish. I would enjoy discussing the reasons why here on this thread. Meanwhile, deaths in accidents caused by these vehicles continue to increase in number and insurance liabilities caused by more of these vehicles on the road will be paid for by all; but the greatest threat on the road is definitely certain drivers, not vehicles. So, let's just drive safely, and I'm sure we can all get along, even if I do not like your SUV and I continue to speak out against it.
