It appears that California is getting low on gasoline supplies due to several refinery outages. Chevron applied for a waiver to import non CARB approved gasoline and the waiver has tentative approval. biz.yahoo.com

FDM -- did you get into TESCO? My memory is that they report late in the cycle and that they earlier issued a warning. It's been a nice little run the last few days. Do you have any info from your northern research base? I've been watching the sinking ship of CDN 88 Energy -- Amex "EEE". Appear to be some major sellers. My guess is that when they are finished the stock should be good for a 50% bounce, though there's not much info on the stock from US research bases. Perhaps I'll do a bit of rooting around on the Carlson site. Do you have any opinions on this one? ++good
