John, Re: 86? What is the time period?

It's 12 months. BTW, a intermediate-term Buy-rated stock at Merrill usually has to offer 20% upside potential. When a stock is not Buy-rated (i.e., Accumulate-rated) and offers 20%+ upside, the price target is often referred to as a 12-18 month target in order to give the "appearance" that that stock is a notch below a Buy-rated stock. From my experience, price targets hardly last 12 months, much less 12-18 months, unless the stock is a real dog.

Regards,

Bob
