Actually Mark, I don't agree with your statement those who believe so miss the point that in this new internet world, there are few, if any virtual geographical borders. The recent case of the ENGA IPO not being available to non-us citizens is a case in point. Try also Shopping at for example shopper.com and see how many shops are not interested in non-us sales (last column). No, sadly enough, some Americans on the Internet still believe the US is the world.
