Couldn't agree with you more. Stunts like that are just one reason I no longer trust management. This gives new meaning to the term "sweetheart deal."

clearly hawaii has done far more for idtc than fram, but when the street looks at mgmt, fram will add credibility not only to ntop, but also hopefully the good will fram brings will flow into a better ratio to idtc, hence the investors in idtc.

yes, it may seem like a lot, but idtc needs to pay the price to get top quality mgmt, and the contacts this brings with large investors, not to mention hopefully the small investor.
