Thanks. I was questioning the whole release, but down in the quote box there it is IDTC. Well, that's a relief. I thought I was going senile.

Net2Phone (IDTC), the Internet telephony specialist, is expected to price next week on the heels of
fresh distribution deals with Compaq and Snap.

The company set a price range of $10 to $12 per share in a recent filing, which also detailed new
strategic partnerships with Compaq (CPQ), Ziff Davis' (ZD) ZDNet and General Electric (GE) units NBC
and Snap.com.

Compaq spokesman Simon Eastwick confirmed that the computer maker's PCs now sold in Japan,
Canada, Asia and Latin America contain a link to Net2Phone via the "community button" on the
keyboard.

Hitting the button connects viewers to a co-branded Web site, offering downloads of the Net2Phone
software. Thereafter, the button pulls up Net2Phone's dial up screen.

A spokesman for IDT (IDTC), the parent of Hackensack, N.J.-based Net2Phone, confirmed that the
Web site is active. The company declined to comment further.

The software may be pre-installed on Compaq computers distributed internationally and may be
included with other products, Net2Phone said in a filing.

"That could be big," said Jefferies & Co.'s Gregory Miller of the relationship with Compaq.

Snap.com, a unit of Net2Phone investor GE, will display Net2Phone as its preferred Web telephony
service. NBC will also pitch in about $1.5 million in media support for Net2Phone.

The moves follows comments in May that GE was eyeing Net2Phone deals for its properties.

Net2Phone's Web-based Internet telephony service will be integrated throughout the ZDNet Web
site.

Shares of IDT added 1 5/16 or 6 percent to 22 7/8 on Wednesday.
