Those Intel numbers were a complete disaster.> Oh yeah, I forgot.....a record $1.7 billion dollar disaster....stay tuned for about $8 billion dollars worth of disaster in 1999 <gg>. <I think the bears are spending way too much time determining market demand by walking thru CompUSA> Don't you know that retail PC sales rule<gg>. I heard through the grapevine though, that a thing called the direct channel was showing some signs of promise ....something about "The Farmer in the Dell"....or maybe it was...a farmer Ted and a Dell. Oh well, probably just a passing fad.....like that technology revolution thing that fizzled out a couple years ago <gg>. FF
