James:I am no good at timing and can't see any cyclical thing outperforming the imbedded growth of techs. I have expressed my opinion s often about the problem of making up the tax consequences as well. Contrary to recent reports I don't think the funds have gotten back into the techs after having run off to play the cyclical game as the volume has not been there so I will be staying with the techs for the next 10 yrs.
