For those with an interest in BDE, their latest S-3 has all sorts of interesting info about the business they are in. Also read the previous 10-Q and the SB-2 for other shares issued not long ago. This company is diluting its share base pretty quickly to keep raising the $2 million per quarter they need to stay alive. They will be lucky to bring in a few million in revenue in 1999, much less come close to covering their costs.

I have a stop on my short but I am in no rush to cover.
