Ms. Penney, there is no difference as to value in the company other than the share price. SCKTW is at $1/2 and I expect it to rise more quickly simply because it is cheaper to buy. I believe that the warrants (SCKTW) expire in June, 2000 and you can sell them at anytime but with one exception. They allow you to buy (SCKT)anytime before that at a strike price of $2.50 (I believe). So if at anytime SCKT goes above $2.50, (say $5.00, you can still exchange the SCKTW for the $2.50 strike price.

Some of you more knowledgeable investors are welcome to jump in and help me.
