Bob, I just finished reviewing all Raging Bull messages for today and that was the only post which attempted to analyze the significance of the patent development today. Tomorrow we might see some panic sells on e.Digital (possible, but not very likely IMHO) but certainly AHWY should have a very good day in the market. In cases like this many investors will buy first and ask DD questions later, particularly since AHWY is a NASDAQ stock with a tiny float available for sale. I would reserve judgement on the impact of this patent on e.Digital until it has been reviewed and commented upon by intellectual property specialists. Given the number of firms trying to establish positions in this new market, the wait for such comments should be brief. Jim
