You need to look at the tandem customer base to understand the play since CPQ is proposing himalaya. Tandem customers are enthusiastic about customer support, and they should be - Tandem has on average 3 support people for each customer!! You get what you pay for, these systems are not cheap but Tandem support is the best in the business for their systems... They guarantee seconds of downtime per year, they put a guy on site who does nothing but manage the systems and assure that problems are anticipated and solved before they come up. Tandem has a large system on wall street that has had zero downtime in 18 years, no one else even comes close.
