Beyond shocking! <nation's largest cities have fixed only 45 percent of their key city services>.

Joel Willemssen, director of the GAO's civil agencies information
systems, warned in a cover letter to the Senate committee that the
nation's largest cities have fixed only 45 percent of their key
city services.>>>>>>>

The lid is about to come off the mustard jar! A lot of faces will be covered in....! Actually, a lot of politiicans will be looking for jobs in the next couple of years in a gutted economy where politicians' status will be less than janitors! But, lacking even less skills (none)! However, that due justice will not save America's cities!

Just what have they been doing these last few years?? Besides the false pr hype and lying to their constituency?

Let's see- in most cases, major cities working on it for several years, only achieving roughly 45% of the results! And, of course, typically leaving the hardest work until the last!

So, how much more will they finish in the last 5.5 months? 15%? 20%?
10%? 5%?

Inquiring minds that would like basic services functioning, e.g., fire dept, police, garbage pickup, 911, water, etc., really want to know (except the pollyannas and denialists, of course)!

But, its probably now all moot in any case!

Those strange guys on the streets will not be your city providers...
they will be donning helmets, carrying assult rifles, walking alongside tanks, with very grim faces....and they will NOT care if you are left freezing, without water or functioning sewage system, or firemen to put out those fires creeping ever so closer.....
