COMTECH CHAIRMAN BUYS STOCK

HOUSTON, Jul 9, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- ComTech Consolidation
Group Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CCGI) today announced that its chairman
and chief executive officer has purchased stock in the open market.
ComTech reports that Mr. Winfred Fields has purchased an additional 11,
000 shares of CCGI common stock in the open market. Mr. Fields' total
holdings now stand at 742,000 shares.

Mr. Fields had this to say of his recent purchases, "ComTech common
stock remains trading at a very low level based on our price to
earnings ratio, so I have decided to add to my holdings at this time."

nearly $9,000,000.00 in fiscal 1998, while posting earnings of $715,

To all investors. Please be careful with small penny stocks. Many of these stocks can be front run very easily. I'm not saying that is the case with either DRYD or MVEE.... In fact I doubt that is the case at all.
