I received an email which says differently concerning your above comments. In the spirit of getting to fact closer, I quote:

"Jerry said SRAM yields were as high on wafers with copper back-ends as the best they had ever seen with aluminum back-ends. Not "copper
backings". Nothing in his statement suggests one layer of copper only."
