Wave Gang,

Did anyone read the article about Replay and Tivo in the latest Fortune? It gave very good reviews of both models (DVR's or Digital Video Recorders) and future plans for them.

"In the next year, some cable and satellite channels will begin broadcasting electronically scrambled movies during 'deadtime' after midnight. DVR's will record these for unscrambling and viewing later. If a customer who orders a movie actually watches it, the box notifies the Replay or TIVO network server, which bills him and pays the broadcaster. If the customer never gets around to watching, he isn't charged".

Are any of our fellow Waver's familiar with our patents in this area? (g) Perhaps CountryBoy, Zoomer or Bigtim could assist.

I have been wondering the significance of PG releasing their report when they did. My read is that they felt we were near a bottom. Why? The lower Wave's price is from the date of recommendation, the better PG looks to their clients. Make no mistake, PG was holding out for a bottom. It is impossible to find the absolute bottom, but PG must have been faily confident that $15.50 was getting close.

Long and loving it
