C. McD, They wound up with 2 million extra shares...($5.00 per share)...they had to go to the shell owners and/or the folks who put the deal together. I may not know all of the details.....but is sure seems like it was expensive for shareholders. The shell had no assets....but was fully reporting. There will be another CC today.....and another Commission member will be on it.....I will have him ask exactly how many shares went to the shell owners.......Interesting topic.....It is happening a lot these days......out of frustration, I think. bg
