Hi Dale, when I bought in November/Dec - they were still not trading on the NASD - it was a big deal that they were going to be listed NASD small cap in Jan/Feb - they had to maintain a price share of 4 dollars for over 1 week (approx) and they had to provide the ability to maintain a huge capitalization and plans for sustaining that figure and growth.

So they may have been filing and doing the preparatory stuff prior to actually getting approved because they did NOT meet all the criteria and requirements until the beginning of 1999. I was in SATH when they went from OTCBB to NASD small cap in Jan/Feb and that helped them gain credibility and a subsequent increased valuation. BUT - management did a plethora of blunders - the companies recommending the stock were all "in-house buddies"; one of them even printed a statement that the "portal deal with SATH would be a "800 pound gorilla" - soon as that statement was made huge run up and dump at the same time; then the CFO quit; then CEO goes on CNBCTV to say there was a LOSS in earnings for the quarter and there was a nogo with any portal; expectations were pumped up by the CEO that there was going to be a 6% or better increase in earnings that there was going to be a huge portal deal; when in fact shorts came out over two weeks before the real news came out and told everyone facts about upcoming troubles. No one listened and the price ran up and millions of shares were dumped.

Anyway, that is what happens when management promises and leads investors to believe misleading and innacurate information that they promote and put out; regaining any credibility is time consuming if not impossible. SATH is now going from 7 bucks to 10 bucks and really only worth 4 bucks in my ignorant opinion.

So SATH may have begun filing the correct documents quite early to show their intent with the SEC and that shows investors how long it takes for companies with INTENT to go big board small cap or any cap they have to FILE PUBLICLY VERY FAR AHEAD PRIOR TO GETTING ANY LISTING ON NASD SMALL CAP.

That XSNI shows no such RESOLVE nor CAPABILITY to file or meet requirements to DATE really puts their timeline for any movement way out of the park.

But, I don't know too much and my brain cells are on vacation. CUL8TR, Jacalyn
