The W.I. % and N.R.I. % could be the same, if the production is not subject to mineral owner royalties. This situation could occur, for example, if the mineral owner converted his royalty interest into a working interest.

Oh thats right, this is an offshore well. Not too familiar with how these leases are set up. I believe the fed. gov't or the states "own" the land under the water. Maybe they waived royalties here.
