Jim Willie--I recall that the date of the secondary on the SEC S3 was
"as soon as approved". T interpret this to mean that Q can decide on a suitable date after the SEC approval date. S&P's add date, 7/21, is a separate matter. It would be foolish for Q to price the secondary offer B4 the expected run up from excellent earnings occurs. Q is in this to get $, and not to give $ to institutions.
