Plus you imply that if you do it yourself, vs. middleman, that you can do it cheaper, this is not always the case. BLLS is a different case than other Portals because BLLS is actually in the business of presenting bills for smaller billers. Yahoo, etc., really have no interest in processing transactions (they have said so in the press). Benny(IMHO)
