Once again, I will say that I think the acquistion of Fram is a stroke of genius, especially if he is going to help IDTC with PR and media coverage as well. Bloomberg is right next to Dow Jones in respected media financial coverage. I hope IDTC will put out a release regarding his hiring. It is certainly general course of business news. Could be helpful to the stock price. No need to just hide it away in the S1/A. Also I am getting tired of looking at Yahoo and seeing on the TSCM articles listed as news.
