Ok, so the $10M deal that actually closed was on a portion of the $24M deal they announced the year before. Cool. Is there then a release stating they've closed on the $10M Andacollo deal they announced in '98? I couldn't find a release specifically about that, and couldn't find a reference in any other news release.

Do you know if the Andacollo claims that Medinah purchased for US$10mm, and has title to, were purchased from the same family (the Torneros) that is involved in the Dayton Chile lawsuits.
