You totally missed the point of my post: It had nothing to do with the stock offer or whether the offering is good, bad or indifferent. It had to do with the way in which the press chooses to stereotype things. Once a characterization is given, it does not change--even in the face of reality. Furthermore, you must have ignored the substance of a number of the posts regarding the nature of the offering, if you still call it a "secondary." I certainly don't mind being corrected--and don't even mind being chastised--but please first understand the post and be correct. Perhaps, however, you posted as an immediate reaction and without carefully reading what I posted. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt--one JG to another.
