cross post from RB, a must read

Introduction to CVIA stockholders..
Hello, my name is Rod Copeland, CEO of ROCO Petroleum, Inc.
I have been speaking with Keith in regard to the drilling of our Hodges No. 1-X well in Jones County, Texas.
This may be a lengthy post, and I apologize in advance. I just want to get some information out and explain a little bit about what we are trying to do.
First, let me tell you that this is very unusual for me. My job is not posting to BB's, its trying to find and produce oil and gas. I understand that Craig is going to be tied up working on your gold mining venture, so I have agreed to help Keith out in providing some informational posts to shareholders.
Understand, please, that Keith has really made this a unique situation for his shareholders. I haven't heard of any public company providing drilling information to shareholders in this fashion. Usually, they just make a PR at the end of the drilling. We will be attempting to provide you with ongoing drilling reports. For non-industry people these reports will conjure up many questions. Therein, will lie our problem!
I will try to make the reports in layman's terms, but even that will create many questions. I will not have time to answer all of the questions. During drilling operations my time is totally consumed with managing that. So, what I am trying to say is, that we may create some frustrations from you, while trying to do something unique and exciting for you.
I can't ask you to not ask questions. All I can do is ask that you understand that I have to do my primary job first, and I will try to keep you informed as best I can.
Since this is a first time experience for me, I have no idea how this will work, but I am willing to try it. If it becomes too much to handle, I will simply do the best I can.
I told Keith yesterday, that he is way too involved in the details of investor relations. As a former employee of Harken Energy, and I know that IR can consume a person.
I also know that you have to let management do their jobs. So.. if you folks are agreeable, and understanding, we will try this little experiment and see how it works.
An informational post relating to the well will be forthcoming.
Thanks for listening, and if any of you have comments about this post, please... air them now. As we start getting farther down the road, my time will be more restricted.
Thanks again.
Rod.

Speaking of Cleve..... Does anyone else have CVIA shares in E*Trade as reimbersements for legal fees? Does it have a "# - with restrictions" designation on it? Or should I be contacting them for an explanation?

Did I miss something when I helped pay for legal fees, and in return I received one share for every dollar? Was it restricted stock?

Just curious......holding this one long and tight.
