I just had a long chat with Barbara Will. She is the COO of IP Voice. Anybody writing this deal off is way premature. Barbara indicated to me that "both" companies want this deal and that negotiations are continuing. She would not give me a time table, but she was very positive. She indicated that they extended the letter of intent and that everything was going along well considering the complexity of the contract. She talked about there marketing plan, which will be very aggressive and how this deal will benefit NPEC/Metroplus and the additional revenues that Metro will be able to generate. Barbara was very pleased to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. My understanding is that there is still some other negotiations taking place with NPEC and another party on the west coast. Hopefully we will see something from that soon! Other than a delay everything is still looking pretty good in my book. Good luck all, Errick
