AOL's Y2K solution, INTQ

Company Press Release
Year 2000 Wire/Intelliquis Receives 50,000-Unit Order From America Online
SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 15, 1999--Intelliquis International Inc. (OTC BB: INTQ), a premier provider of personal computer and Internet software, today announced it has received a 50,000-unit order of IntelliFIX 2000(TM) test disks from America Online Inc. (NYSE: AOL - news).

The 50,000 test disks will be distributed to AOL subscribers through the company's telemarketing service. Once subscribers run the IntelliFIX 2000 software and find potential year 2000 conflicts, they can upgrade to the IntelliFIX 2000 PRO version, which will repair potential year 2000 problems in a computer's hardware, software and operating system.

According to Mark Tippets, Intelliquis' vice president of sales, the order demonstrates the strength of the company's year 2000 solution.

''Intelliquis' IntelliFIX 2000 gives users everything they need to make their PCs Y2K compliant,'' Tippets said. ''The test disk gives users an initial overview of their potential Y2K conflicts, while the IntelliFIX 2000 PRO version brings their computer's hardware, software and operating system into compliance.''

Intelliquis' IntelliFIX 2000 software automatically diagnoses, inventories and repairs year 2000 date problems in a PC's hardware, software and data. The software individually addresses and resolves each key level of impact in a PC: hardware (BIOS and CMOS real-time clock), operating system, software and data-file conflicts.

IntelliFIX 2000 PRO includes a self-booting software utility for diagnosing and repairing all levels of impact in PC hardware, including BIOS and CMOS real-time clock. It also includes software for testing and repairing a PC's operating system and application conflicts.

IntelliFIX 2000 PRO also contains a data scanner. The meticulous data scanner drills down to each cell in a user's spreadsheet and database software files to locate the year 2000-date problems associated with data. IntelliFIX 2000 PRO also scans for data deficiencies in Lotus 1-2-3, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and other program files. IntelliFIX 2000 PRO retails for $79.95.

Intelliquis' Y2K products recently received a Level 5 rating in Solace Consultancy's Millennium Test report -- the highest possible rating in the report and the only product tested that received Level 5. Intelliquis' products can be found in a variety of retail outlets, including CompUSA (NYSE: CPU - news), Egghead.com (Nasdaq: EGGS - news), OfficeMax (NYSE: OMX - news) and Staples (Nasdaq: SPLS - news). Intelliquis' products are also distributed to resellers through Ingram Micro (NYSE: IM - news).

flatsville,

You worry too much. This market will never go down. Bears are doomed and we are headed to DOW 36,000.

Just because we have the most overvalued market in history and huge public participation in it doesn't mean a thing. Well that's what Mr. CreamSpam keeps tellin' me. -ggg-

Yep, that VIX chart is getting hard to ignore.
