just because dorfman and the wsj reporter leaked articles prior to publication so friends and family could prosper, does not mean hg has done this. clearly there is nothing criminal for a journalist to write negative pieces and pre-warn or discuss the piece with others prior to publication. doesn't cramer run some fund? anyone invested in it know if it has a position in idtc? check that q report.
