I bank with USTrust in Boston which is being bought by Citizens Bank (to become I believe the 2nd largest bank in New England after the Fleet/BankBoston merger). Citizens offers online banking with bill payment. I did not see them listed on the CheckFree site so I called. Spoke with Citizens Bank customer support who said they use CheckFree for bill payment and they (ckfr) are a 'super' company.
