still more silly customer tricks

drugstore sent me and email to acknowledge order
and another one later when it actually shipped.
the item that first appeared on backorder was
fortunautly in stock the next day. I got my
order today, exactly 2-3 days they said it would.
items came in a nice "drugstore.com" embossed
box, recycled packeging, and refrigerator magnet
notepad gift. whole thing seemed like a smooth
transaction a'lah amazon.com Now here's the real
kicker; while I may or may not go back to Amazon
for my next book purchase, I will definately go
back to drugstore.com for my next health related
purchase. I can't quite explain why. Maybe it's
because going to a book or music store is fun,
while going to a drugstore is a chore that I'd
just assume do online. Another revelation I
found interesting; drugstore.com has the number
1-800-drugstore (3784786) pretty cool, huh.
Also their copyrighted slogan is neat;
"what every body needs"
