(OTC BB:VALH - news) has hired the iNet Group of Oakville, Ontario to develop a web presence including e-commerce solutions for Network Forest Products Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Value Holdings. The proposed web site will include information on Network Forest Products as well as information on the North American lumber industry. The site will be fully searchable and also include investor information for Value Holdings. Additionally, the site will encompass the first phase of Network's e-commerce strategy, providing customers the ability to make purchases of Network's products online. The site will allow qualified purchasers to place orders for products and make bids for lumber products. Network eventually wants to host a complete site for forest products, that would provide a wholesale marketplace for buyers and sellers.
