OGPS you saw this part of the news??

"Under the guidance of the National Capital group of companies and their Fast Track SEC Reporting Program,
Omicron is currently preparing the necessary documentation to become a fully reporting company. This is a very
high priority item for the company and it expects to file its registration statement within the next 30-45 days.

Additionally, Omicron has been selected as a featured company on Market-Infocom's Web site
www.market-infocom.com. This new site, launched on June 19, identifies emerging companies' stories that have
been largely overlooked by major Wall Street investment advisors. Market-Infocom also publishes a monthly
newsletter on its site, MIC Focus.

Don't know if this meets your criteria for the rumor list, but here's another LPHL rumor. In fact, for certainty, this rumor had the highest (8) on his list of rumors.

Thursday's Stock Rumor Mill - July 15, 1999
by Kevin Prigel

In order to keep you updated on past rumors featured in the rumor mill, we would like to highlight the fact that Leisure Planet Holdings did announce a major alliance with Yahoo Germany and France (link to press release). The stock was at $4 a share when we provided links to secret sites to support the rumor. Today, LPHL closed at $6.375. Not bad for two weeks.

We will also now be instituting a certainty rating system that our analysts use to offer their opinions on rumors, with a 1 being very unlikely to occur, and a 10 as almost certain. In some cases, we may also offer an anticipated timeline.

- Leisure Planet Holdings (NASDAQ: LPHL) will announce an alliance with a major financial institution allowing customers to finance travel online. Also, the company will expand its hotel database from 17,000 to 75,000 hotels. Certainty - 8, Time Frame - 4 weeks.
