Nancy,

I fear your question can easily be answered by saying that the incompetent and criminal management of (S)MD over the years just have done all to enrich themselves and nothing to lead the company to sucess in the giant voice market. Don't blame the engineers for missing this huge opportunity. Fonix took years without managing to establish an own ASR product, their tech like powerscribe or the acuvoice was just bought for the price of death spiral dilution...and an endless price decline.

Fonix management did leak out some rumors during all the last years trying to hype, but nothing ever followed. As they have severe cash problems, their best staff left, leaving the projects unfinished and causing at least a huge delay IMO.

I really doubt they will be able to pull the rabbit out of the hat now just few weeks before they will be delisted from NASDAQ, and thinking of the incredible dilution, i really doubt that it makes sense to stay a (longterm) shareholder of fonix even IF fonix survives and evades bankruptcy...

Within a month I bet the price will sink back to $ 0.25.

I myself stupidly waisted time and *'#¥$$$$$$$$$$ believing the company statements and waiting for their promises (remeber fonix ridiculous earnings estimates for the next years??) finally happen, by this reducing my losses.

Maybe I'm wrong this time again, time will tell.

Regards,

Juan
