Have heard a number of people say more BIG news next week. Does anybody know if there is any truth to this? I hope it is true, because back to back releases might get the attention of other investors about this little gem. Based upon the few posts on the threads, and the lack of a major run after this last "huge" announcement, it is rather obvious that there are only a few of us who even know about this company. More exposure would certainly help change this.

Good luck everyone,

Bob

B: Golf Legend Jim Colbert Enters Into Agreement to Assist Innovative
Subsidiary to Develop TV and Internet Data Technology

ORLANDO, Fla., Jul 20, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) --
InnovativeHoldings & Technologies, Inc.'s (OTC BB:IHTL) subsidiary
Xtreme Telemetry Systems, Inc. has entered into an agreement with Jim
Colbert, Inc. to assist in the development of Xtreme's X/T Golf
Telemetry System.

Under the terms of the agreement, Jim Colbert, a 35 year PGA Tour
veteran and President of Jim Colbert, Inc., will spearhead the testing
and marketing of Xtreme Telemetry's new X/T Golf Telemetry System which
is currently under development. Xtreme Telemetry's new X/T Golf
Telemetry System will provide global applications to professional and
amateur golf sanctioning organizations, training operations as well as
network TV, cable and Internet broadcasts. There are almost 49 million
golf enthusiasts worldwide representing a multi-billion dollar global
marketplace. Advertising revenues alone represent an estimated $2
billion annually.

Xtreme Telemetry Systems' new X/T Golf System is designed to deliver
critical on-screen broadcast "real time" telemetry data on a golfer's
physical performance, information on the speed, trajectory and position
of the club and ball, plus important environmental data displayed
on-screen for audiences on network television, on cable, and over the
Internet.

"Technological advancement has been one of golf's driving forces in the
1990's," said Colbert, and with the addition of Xtreme Telemetry
Systems' new X/T Golf System, we will see and understand all the
elements that a golfer experiences during a tournament. Golfing fans
will be able to truly get up close and personal with the players; to
know the pressures and stresses, the environmental factors, and the
shot by shot challenges the pros face on every hole. I believe that
this new technology will revolutionize the way we see and experience
the game of golf."

"We are pleased to have Jim on the team to help develop and deliver
Xtreme Telemetry to the game of golf on a global scale," said Helmut
Wyzisk, Chairman and President of Innovative Holdings & Technologies,
Inc. "He certainly shares our vision and enthusiasm for what this
revolutionary new technology can bring to the broadcast screen on both
network TV and on the Internet, specifically on our new global sports
network on the World Wide Web: Sports Entertainment Network One.com
(sen1.com)."

Jim Colbert joined the PGA Tour in 1966, has won 8 tournaments on the
regular tour, 19 on the Senior Tour, and earned over $10 million during
his career. He joined the Senior Tour in 1991, and has finished in the
top thirty one of the Senior Tour each year, including top ten finishes
from 1991 through 1996, when he was voted Player of the Year in 1995.
He serves as Player Director of the Senior Tour Division Board of the
PGA Tour, and is one of America's premier golf course designers.

Innovative Holdings & Technologies, Inc. identifies, acquires and
incubates early stage niche technology companies with outstanding
growth potential. The Company is also creating a worldwide Internet
sports network, sen1.com, which is billed as "the total Internet sports
experience," providing virtual real time participation for internet
users in sporting events, user-friendly on-line games, e-commerce and
face-to-face audio and video chat rooms. Valu-net Corporation of
Toronto, Canada, is working with IHTL to develop and market this new
virtual, real-time sports network on the World Wide Web.
