If SEC is not asking for specific details, then, how can DGIV comply? If I were Jimmy, I would pay an arm and leg to our lawyers, auditors and our employees to get this financials DONE as per SEC rules. Without a trading resumption, Jimmy has zilch bargaining power. They had a date: June 30th, now July 21st. Folks, Digitcom has had enough time; let's get FINANCIALS to SEC. Auditors are asking for more info, lawyers want time to comb over details, SEC is asking for 1996..we have gone through the gamut of excuses. Let's get it DONE. Make whoever work in shifts at $$$/hour and get it done. SEC is not asking for specifics in this action; yes. But, they have demanded financials in the past and Digitcom better produce them.
