H60, this is complete BS. First of all there is every indication that IDTC is giving shareholders NO NTOP SHARES WHATSOEVER.

2nd, even if they were, as this poster falsely suggests, after the IPO, IDTC would control about 60% of 46M NTOP shares or about 27.6M. Jonas and family and family trusts contol about 23M shares of IDTC shares. On a 2 for 3 basis, that would give him contol of approximately 15M NTOP shares, out of a total of 46M, not nearly enough for control.

nice thought by Pele of ragingbull regarding NTOP shares as dividend. do you think this is more probable than the suggestions that some of us posted on the thread a while ago?
