Looks like all the people who want to sell UTEK at the bottom are going to have to be taken out before the stock can get anywhere. On the other hand, maybe investors are waiting for actual profits... At least we haven't had anyone call the program saying they have 40 or 50% of their portfolio invested in UTEK (have we?)
