Corporation (Nasdaq: AVNT) announced that today's action by a federal appeals court would have no impact on Avant!'s customers or current products. The appeals court upheld an injunction issued by a district court on December 7, 1998, that enjoined the Avant! Corporation from selling its discontinued Aquarius product. Avant! stopped selling its Aquarius product in early 1998. The court action does not interfere in any way with the continued sale and support of Avant!'s current and future place-and route-products.
