Brian, yes, the sells are in big blocks, and the buys in small. This is not good. However, it is also true that there are fewer of these big block sells than in the past. Of course the day is not over, and often in the past there have been a lot of big sell orders coming in around 2 PM. During the lunch hour+ (approx 12-1:30) you have MM positioning, and there is some low volume scalping. If a stock is very weak, this is often the time when MMs are testing to see where the price should be (usually, if they see little demand, they'll walk the price down, so you can have a decline during the lunch hour; when I see a big decline during the lunch hour, I know I am dealing with a weak stock). Thus far, NITE has not drifted too low, so I'm monitoring to see what happens.

My concern is that there is very little momentum in the stock, and I am rather worried by the fact that there is no bigger block buying. We'll see.
