4 trades so far opened @ $6 high $8 volume 1000 shares last traded at 12:06 not showing a bid or ask price on my screen let the games begin:)

ANYI = 8, BANY = $.70 from ANYI alone (8.8%), $0.35 discount(50%), or .25+.70= .95 full value. Herzog has spread of 5 to 8, say they will not short BANY. CBay said it could take 2 days or so for ANYi to show up on all stcok quote services, and unless you spoke to your broker personally, they have to be looking for ANYI. I spoke to DLJ last week, and they said I'd have to call in after trading began for them to execute a phone order only. BANY hasn't traded in ~7 minutes.
