I am unaware of the other subsidiaries besides Sierra. Perhaps Medinah actually owns a hot internet company that we are unaware of. Ha. Ha.

I saw that on their financial statements too.

I can only assume, but since a foreign company can't conduct business in Chile, they would have to have a Chilean subsidiary for their properties. And since they have an office in Canada, I assumed that they have a Canadian subsidiary also. I think Medinah had some claims in British Columbia at one time, so they were probably in the Canadian sub.
