Maybe these items from Medinah's website will help:

April 14, 1999:

"Purchase of the Alto de Lipangue and the Las Dos Marias properties, upon which the current diamond drilling program is being conducted, was concluded between Medinah Energy, Inc. and Se¤or Juan Jose Quijano."

From the "Olivos Pleading" document:

"Juan Jose Quijano Fernandez, on behalf of appealing for Gumercinda 0livos Araya, in the files about the nullification of the mining concession, titled Compania Minera Dayton v. Olivos, Gumercinda."

It appears the Senor Juan is both filing "friend of the court" type briefs in the Dayton suit against Dayton as well as conducting real estate transactions with Medinah.
